Mardi Doherty

Mardi has worked with some of the best residential and commercial firms in Australia and internationally. Her portfolio includes concept and multiple retail fit-outs for fashion brand Diesel (UK and Europe) through the Conran Group; an interior for Madonna's London home in Belgravia; and a retail concept and roll-outs for Victoria's Secret New York through the much-lauded David Collins Architecture studio.

Locally, Mardi's expertise has been harnessed for the Melbourne Wine Room through Chris Connell Design; for retail fashion stores Calibre and Fig; and for Lab Architecture Studio, for which she spent three years on the interiors for the National Gallery of Victoria at Federation Square.

With experience in small and large architectural and interior design firms, Mardi understands the importance of spaces, engaging with clients and taking a people-orientated approach to realising clients' briefs. Her people skills, backed by her passion for interiors and design sensibility are something on which she prides herself and her design studio.

Further, Mardi brings a ‘real' touch to her award-winning interiors that's more an intuitive response from her understanding and appreciation of what people want for today's modern, varied lifestyles.

Since gaining a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design at RMIT, Mardi's design discipline has been broadened by her keen interest in 1950s' architecture, art, sculpture and photography. And her passion for lighting has seen her become an astute collector of contemporary and vintage lighting and lamps.

Fiona Lynch 

From residential and commercial projects with the much-awarded John Wardle Architects (Vineyard House, City Hill House, Yarra Bend House, Dock 5 Apartments, The Urban Workshop) to large-scale local and international executions with Geyer and Bates Smart (Burswood Casino Perth and Victoria Gardens Beijing), Fiona Lynch has worked with the best in Australia.

Whether it's high-end residential design, retail or hospitality concept, Fiona has not only a proven professionalism in her award-winning work, but also a honed artistic approach. She firmly believes art-based disciplines can be adopted into well-considered concepts for personalised interiors suited to each client's individual needs and desires.

Fiona has a Bachelor of Art in Fine Art Honors Painting from RMIT, as well as her Bachelor of Art in Interior Design. It's this background that has helped form her intuitive feel for materials, her love of colour and her confident approach to creating engaging interiors. Growing up in the late 70s also infused her creativity. She spent her formative years surrounded by bright colour, plus pattern and texture on the walls, floors and furniture of both her family home and farm - she vividly remembers her family home had a yellow laminate kitchen with stripped red and green woven wallpaper. 

It is these different lifestyle experiences that see Fiona's signature style continue to evolve a look and feel that crosses from urban to country environments - a world Fiona continues to enjoy today in her downtime with friends and family. And a world that continues to fuel her strong interest in art, food and wine.
